The project aims to promote an understanding of shared leadership among administrators, teachers, students, and parents so that productive and safe learning environments can be established. A retired English teacher and longtime coach, in football as well as track, Jewett has worked passionately over the past two decades to build a respectful learning environment for students, at the high school and beyond. He has co-chaired four Plymouth County White Ribbon Campaigns at the Hingham High School, as well as in Abington, Duxbury, Hull and North Quincy.
