(Taunton High School Wrestling Celebrates its Third Consecutive MIAA Division I South Sectional Championship)
Congratulations to our Taunton Tigers on their MIAA Division I South Sectional Wrestling Tournament victory. The title this weekend is the team’s third consecutive South Sectional Championship. It was even sweeter this year as Taunton hosted the tournament.
Ethan Harris '24 was named wrestler of the tournament and head coach Adilson Galvao was named coach of the year.
All five captains won their weight class championship for the first time in school history. Harris’ win in the 190 lbs weight class was also his third championship, making him the school’s first multiple champion.
